LEAD is a life skills and leadership program designed to help students grow into confident, thoughtful, and self-aware individuals. In a world that needs not just smart minds but kind hearts and strong voices, LEAD focuses on building the inner skills required to lead- with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

Designed by Find Your Voice India, LEAD goes beyond traditional leadership training. Through hands-on activities and real-world scenarios, students learn how to think independently, listen deeply, communicate clearly, and take responsible action. The program creates a safe and engaging space where students can explore ideas, opinions, and emotions, while learning to respect perspectives different from their own.

What Students Will Experience

LEAD is structured as a journey across three key phases:

 

Phase 1: Thinking

• Learning first-principles thinking

• Developing clarity of thought

• Expressing ideas and opinions with confidence

 

Phase 2: Empathy

• Practicing active listening

• Understanding and respecting different viewpoints

• Presenting ideas thoughtfully and effectively

 

Phase 3: Creativity

• Exploring ideas through play, discussion, and challenges

• Thinking outside the box using fun, reflective activities

• Cementing learning through showcases and reflection

 

Throughout the program, students learn by doing, engaging in discussions, group work, role-play, and reflection, making learning meaningful and memorable.
